Adem\u00e1s, un mundo f\u00edsicamente activo reduce gastos de salud p\u00fablica, aumenta la productividad econ\u00f3mica y genera sociedades m\u00e1s sostenibles y respetuosas con el medio ambiente, debido a que mejora la calidad del aire, lo que ayudar\u00e1 a frenar el cambio clim\u00e1tico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hace unos d\u00edas, el 31 de agosto de 2019, la Dra. Trine Moholdt de la Universidad de Trondheim en Noruega present\u00f3 un ambicioso estudio realizado a lo largo de 22 a\u00f1os y sobre 23146 personas y cuyas conclusiones son claras: un estilo de vida sedentario durante dos d\u00e9cadas de la vida DUPLICA el riesgo de muerte prematura en comparaci\u00f3n a las personas que se mantienen activas.
